Beautiful, peaceful house. Great location, close to fun towns and activities. Clean, welcoming. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. Definitely a great place to stay if you want to visit anywhere in Lake Tahoe.

Auatin was an awesome host. The house was great! A perfect fit for our group of 6. Very spacious and comfortable. Location was convenient and not far from lots to do. Hosts were amazing, great communication and very accommodating. We would definitely come back.

This place was really great. Rooms were nice, roomy, and clean. The bathrooms were great. The house itself was clean and spacious. The area seemed really safe. It was just a little dark at night but we noticed most neighborhoods in the area didn’t have much lighting.

We had an amazing stay at Austin’s place. The chalet is ideally located with short drives to ski resorts and incline village, Tahoe city and other major activities. The house was super clean and very well equipped, and match the pictures. My teenage kids and ourselves loved it and we will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Austin’s house.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy place. It offers a beautiful forest view, which made our time there relaxing. The host communicated promptly and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is great for anyone looking to enjoy nature—it’s close to markets and all the conveniences. Whether you’re into outdoor activities like skiing or want to unwind in nature, we recommend this place.

The house is a perfect gateway, we had such a great time with our friends and Family! Austin was so clear and helpful at all of my needs. Definitely will consider going back next year!

Very communicative host. All instructions were easy to follow. This place has a comfortable vibe and was meant for comfort and togetherness! Plenty of towels/linens (The sheets were so soft I asked where I could get a set. They sent me the link and I’m laying in my bed with a set as I’m writing this review.) Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, everything you need is already there. It was cold, so we didn’t use the backyard but if we return during warmer months, we will definitely rent Austin‘s place and use the backyard. We had fun playing Yahtzee and Uno indoors though. Read the amenities list…there isn’t a washer, but don’t let that deter you if you don’t need one plus there is a laundromat 3 minutes away. Close to restaurants and stores. Close to Renown Hospital. The home felt comfy during one of the toughest times in our lives visiting family in Renown, and I’ve never felt so at home at any other AirBnb I’ve stayed at. Thank you for doing it right Austin and Shelby!

Our stay in Austin's modern Home in Midtown was amazing! conveniently located and was fully stocked with kitchen supplies to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. Short walk to midtown shops and restaurants. Austin was a great host - prompt communication and updates. Highly recommend!

All that you could want in a Lake Tahoe vacation home. Easily accessible and lots of space, inside and out, for large or small groups. Would return when next in the area.

Zeer leuke, gezellige cabin. Alles was er aanwezig. Zeer rustige buurt, waardoor we zeer goed hebben geslapen. Een goede uitgangspunt om lake tahoe te ontdekken. Alles was zeer netjes en proper! Zeker een aanrader. Austin & Shelby namen geregeld contact op om te vragen of alles in orde was of ze iets konden doen. Zeer fijne hosts!
