Beautiful, peaceful house. Great location, close to fun towns and activities. Clean, welcoming. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. Definitely a great place to stay if you want to visit anywhere in Lake Tahoe.

We had an amazing stay at Austin’s place. The chalet is ideally located with short drives to ski resorts and incline village, Tahoe city and other major activities. The house was super clean and very well equipped, and match the pictures. My teenage kids and ourselves loved it and we will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Austin’s house.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy place. It offers a beautiful forest view, which made our time there relaxing. The host communicated promptly and made sure we had everything we needed. Zeer leuke, gezellige cabin. Alles was er aanwezig. Zeer rustige buurt, waardoor we zeer goed hebben geslapen. Een goede uitgangspunt om lake tahoe te ontdekken. Alles was zeer netjes en proper! Zeker een aanrader. Austin & Shelby namen geregeld contact op om te vragen of alles in orde was of ze iets konden doen. Zeer fijne hosts!

Austin's place is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and cozy. Full of amenities and close to Kings Beach. The pac man game took my husband down memory lane and was a hit with the kids. The balcony was great for star gazing. Austin has excellent communication and is a kind and attentive host. We had an excellent time here and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous chalet style house; it looks even better in real life than the pictures. The house has everything you could need and is filled with lots of little touches, like a basket of cosy blankets, that make it feel like home. The kids loved the fairy lights in their bedrooms, and the Pac-Man machine was a hit. The beds were super comfortable, the house is in a quiet area and we slept well every night. The balcony is a great open space with relaxing views of the trees, we had breakfast out there every morning.. The house is in a great location; Sand Harbour is our favourite Lake Tahoe beach and the house is less than a 5 minute drive away. It’s also about 5 minutes from 2 large supermarkets, and the towns of Kings Beach and Incline Village, so lots of choice for eating out. Austin is a great host and responded to any queries we had within a couple of hours. Austin and Shelby have done a great job of furnishing the house, you’ll love it!

Quick and easy check in to a beautiful home located in a wonderful neighborhood. Spacious for our three adults and a toddler. This was my granddaughter’s “first” vacation and it was a special one for all. A short drive to Kings Beach and we absorbed all that lake Tahoe had to give. A great experience and one we look forward to enjoying again.
